Kilashee Hotel Midweek Retreat Day Spa Experience

The offer and this website at www.kildarevillage.com is operated by Value Retail Management (Kildare Village) Limited (registered number 402410) (the “Promoter”) whose registered office is at Unit 1b, Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare town, County Kildare.
The Offer

1. Privilege members can avail of this exclusive Kildare Village Privilege Offer of a Midweek Day Spa Experience at Kilashee Hotel for the reduced price of €70 per person (the “Spa Package”). The package includes:

• Access to the Hydrotherapy Suite;
• Followed by a choice of one of the following 30 min treatments:
- Muscle Melting Back Massage;
- Tension Relieving Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage;
- Renewing Full Body Exfoliation; or
- Bespoke Personalised Taster Facial.
• Drift away afterwards on a Dry Floatation Bed; and
• Curl up afterwards in the Relaxation Suite with a refreshing sorbet.

2. Treatment times may deviate by 15 minutes. Hydrotherapy Suite is not suitable for pregnant women, no alternative available

3. The Offer is valid during, and including, 19 November to 31 March 2019 (the “Offer Period”) subject to availability and these terms and conditions. The Package is available midweek only - Monday to Friday. There is limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays subject to an additional supplement of €20 per person. The offer is unavailable on the following dates: 25th December 2018, 26th December 2018, 1st January 2019 and such other dates as may be added at the discretion of the Kilashee Hotel. The Offer is redeemable in the Kilashee Hotel Day Spa, Naas, County Kildare only.

4. To book your Package contact Kilashee Hotel directly on 045 895182 or email: spareservations@killasheehotel.com and quote “Kildare Village Privilege Offer”. The Offer is available for Privilege members only and a valid Privilege Code must be presented at the Kilashee Hotel Day Spa to redeem the Offer (the “Participants”). Advanced booking required and the hotel operates a 48hour cancellation policy.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer, the Package, or any part of it, and/or review and amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

6. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offer available during the Offer Period.

7. Participants acknowledge and agree that: (i) The Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Kildare Village are not responsible for the prices at which the Kilashee Hotel advertises or sells goods from time to time; (ii) there is no contractual relationship between the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Kildare Village and Participants in relation to the Offer or otherwise; (iii) the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Kildare Village make no warranties regarding the goods or services (including without limitation the quality thereof) which Participants may obtain from the Kilashee Hotel, (iv) Participants shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Kildare Village in the event that the Kilashee Hotel fails to honour the Offer, in whole or in part, and a Participant’s only remedy in such a situation is the making of a claim for redress to the Kilashee Hotel; and (v) nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury from its negligence or that of its employees or officers.

8. The Promoter will not be liable to Participants for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer, or any failure or inability of the Participants to take advantage of this Offer.

9. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
