Do you accept One4All vouchers?
Clarks, Pandora, Signet Jewellers, Links of London, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Calvin Klein Jeans & Underwear all currently accept One 4 All vouchers.

Lost property inquiry?
If lost property is found in the Village it is returned to our Tourist Information Centre which is located at the front of the Village. You can contact the Tourist Information Centre by email: KVTIC@valueretail.com or by phone: +353 (0)45 520501

How can I get to the Village?

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, the Tourist Information Centre offers this service.

Do you have wheelchairs for hire?
Yes, we have a complimentary wheelchair hire service here at the Village. Please visit the Tourist Information Centre upon arrival in the Village.

Are dogs allowed in the Village?
Dogs (except guide dogs) are not allowed in the Village, however we offer a complimentary dog kennel service . For more information please visit the Tourist Information Centre upon your arrival in the Village.

Can I return a product by post?
Each of our brands have different exchange policies. We suggest checking directly with the brand. You can view our brand directory here.

Do you provide baby changing facilities?
Yes, we have two parent and child changing facilities in the Village. One is located beside Starbucks and the other is behind Dunne and Crescenzi, L’Officina restaurant.
