CHINA UNION PAY COACH GIFT PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Value Retail Management (Kildare Village) Limited t/a Kildare Village are running a promotion with Coach Stores Ireland Limited t/a “Coach” between 26th January to 17th February 2019 whilst stocks last, subject to availability (as described below) which, if you qualify and depending on your spend, entitles you to a free gift of a Coach-branded hangtag or metallic zip case (the “Promotion”). By partaking in the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
How to receive a gift
To qualify for this free gift, you must:
(i) be a UnionPay cardholder with a UnionPay card which begins with the digits “2” or “6”;
(ii) spend a minimum amount of either (i) €250 or £250 or (ii) €350 or £350 in one transaction in a Coach store on a UnionPay card which begins with the digits “2” or “6” at Kildare Village (described further below). Multiple transactions which equate to €250 or £250 or more will not be accepted; and
(iii) be able to present your UnionPay card along with your UnionPay invitation at the time of the transaction in (ii) above.
If during the Promotion period you spend a minimum amount of €250 or £250 in one transaction in a Coach store at Kildare Village you are entitled to collect a free Coach-branded hangtag at Coach’s sole discretion.
If during the Promotion period you spend a minimum amount of €350 or £350 in one transaction in a Coach store at Kildare Village you are entitled to collect a free Coach-branded metallic zip case.
The gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability.
The free gift cannot be substituted for any other style, product, cash or credit. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift.
Disclaimer
• If you expose the gift to water it may get damaged or its colours may run and may damage other items.
• Do not permanently expose the gift to excessive heat, sunlight or extreme cold.
• Do not give the gift to anyone under the age of three or anyone who might want to chew it.
Kildare Village and Coach reserve the right to (i) cancel this Promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s participation in the Promotion and (iii) amend these terms and conditions at any time (please check this link for the most up to date version). These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion can be brought in the Irish courts. If you live outside of Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion in either your country of residence or the Irish courts.
